A half share (a full side of beef) of our dry-aged Prime Colorado Angus beef, from our own herd, Fitch Ranch, and other local Colorado ranches. Premium steaks, roasts, assorted cuts, and ground beef, individually vacuum packed and freshly frozen.

  • Average price: ~$14/lb, est. total $2,800–$3,080
  • Allow 14–21 days for fulfillment
  • Pickup at The Lazy Butcher, or delivery for a location-based fee

This is a $200 deposit. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. We will reach out to confirm cut preferences and schedule.
