Join us for an intimate evening celebrating exceptional whiskey, thoughtful food, and great conversation. This special two-hour Whiskey Dinner is a guided, multi-course experience designed for true enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike.

Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner inspired by classic butcher traditions, thoughtfully paired with a curated lineup of standout American whiskeys. The evening concludes with a fifth-course dessert featuring Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream, plus a bonus mystery tasting—a sneak preview of a whiskey slated for a future dinner.

Throughout the night, a Sazerac representative will guide guests through each pour, sharing insight into the history, craftsmanship, and tasting notes behind every whiskey. Chef Tim Braden will also speak to each course, offering context and intention behind the progression of the meal.
